Registration Fee:

$40.00

($10.00 each sibling)

Re-Enrollment Fee:

$20.00

(if a child has been dropped from SUNSET and re-enrolls within the same school year.)

Late Fee:

$10.00

will be assessed if payment is not received by the 5^th of the month.

Returned Check Fee:

$25.00

will be assessed if your check is returned.

Daily Rate Or Drop In Fee:

$17.00

(paid at time of service, unless other arrangements have been made)

Parent/Teacher Conference Days

$35.00

all day care (each additional sibling $10.00)

Late Pick up Fee:

$1.00*

*per minute after 6:00pm (see page 8 of handbook)

SMCISD employees:

Call the office for SMCISD discount.

CCMS Co-Pays:

Co-Pays are designated by CCMS. CCMS requires that co-pays are paid by the 3^rd working day. CCMS requires notification of non-payment by SUNSET on the 4^th day.

Tuition Fees:

First child	$190.00 a month $1866.00 a year ($10.60 a day, 176 school days)

August:	$156.00


Each sibling	$165.00 a month $1605.00 a year ($9.15 a day, 176 school days)

August	$120.00

You will receive a SUNSET Monthly Statement from the On-site-Coordinator at the first of the month. Tuition is due on the first school day of each month. It is considered past due after the 5^th of the month. For your convenience, you may pay the On-Site-Coordinator when you pick up your child or MAIL PAYMENT TO:

We will not carry over more than one month’s tuition. If tuition becomes more than one month past due, a late payment fee will be assessed and SUNSET care will be terminated. Care will be reinstated once tuition is brought up to date.

Cancellation of care by parent/guardian requires a two week notice. Please notify the office if you need to discontinue childcare services.

For TAX PURPOSES, we will supply a year-to-date statement for you, at the end of January. Our tax ID number is: 74-2439582
