Tuition and Fees

                                     Tuition Rates for the 2024-2025 School Year

Tuition is due on the first day of each month.
Tuition IS NOT pro-rated.
 

The are two options:  A) drop-in daily rate of $23.00/day; or, B) monthly rate of $230.00/month (before any applicable discounts).

+ Registration fee – $30,
      -- Sibling registration-$10
+ Part Time/Daily Rate/Drop In fee – $23 per day, paid at time of service
+ First Child Full Time/PRE-K Children Monthly Fee
      -- $230 per month
+ Sibling Full Time Monthly Reduced Rate
      -- $210 per month
+ Parent Teacher Conference Days– $46 first student, $36 per sibling
+ Re-enrollment Fee– $20 will be charged if students drops out and re-enrolls in the same school

+ Late Fee – $20 if payment is not received by the 3rd business day of the month
+ Returned Check Fee– $25
+ Late Pick-Up Fee – $3 per minute after 6:30pm, see parent handbook
+ SMCISD Employee Discount– Contact Sunset Office 
+ CCS Co-Pays are determined by CCS and are due on the 3rd business day of the month. CCS requires notification on non-payment by the 4th business day.

        WAYS TO PAY FOR YOUR CHILD'S CARE:

*  On-site payments can be made by check, money order, or cash at each school site.  

*  You can also pay using the Zelle app and send it to:  sunsetasp92@gmail.com. 

             PLEASE put your child's name in the in the memo section.

*  Tuition Express is available at myprocare.com.  Registering at myprocare.com will allow you to make payments, view statements, tax information, and allow you to update/change enrollment information, as need.
